Six Chef de Cave, winners of multiple gold medals at the most important wine fairs in the world which,on precise indications of project ideators, Enrico Mazza and Alessandro Natali, working side by side with them, were able to transform those grapes so unique, into unique and exceptional products, in a fully artisanal method and a long way away from the industrialisation of the big Maisons.
